"Good service"

My home phone provider sent me a text today, confirming the appointment I made for a technician to fix my line.

Thing is, the appointment was for last Tuesday. And the technician came and went. Heck, even the SMS has it dated for 16/03/10.

I appreciate the thought but what's the point if it's done several days too late??

Is this a prelude to the level of service I must come to expect from this provider?
Ah well, not like I had high hopes for them anyway
